Using the European Moving platform is easy. Our experienced Move Coordinators will aim to send you an estimate within 24 hours. If you don’t know how much you have to move just yet, don’t worry this can always be changed. Follow our simple 10 step process from collection through to delivery!

4.Once you are happy to proceed you can approve the quote yourself by simply clicking the ‘approve button’. You can also ask your Move Coordinator to do this for you.

Don’t forget that, in case you change your mind or we decide to reward you for a good review, we’re going to use the same method you paid with to refund you, so make sure your PayPal or card are accessible!

5.You can pay your £50/€50 deposit over the phone with a credit/debit card or by PayPal, whichever is most convenient for you. Don’t forget, if you change your mind your deposit will be refunded in full.

6.Send us a copy of your inventory 3-5 days before collection, your move coordinator will check this over to avoid any unexpected surprises on the day. We appreciate you will be packing right up until the last minute, but an almost complete inventory will be fine. You will also need to prepare 2 printed copies ready for collection day, these need to be final and accurate.

7.Once you have confirmed your dates and signed your summary of service contract one of our approved drivers will be allocated to your booking.

8.Your final balance payment is due 14 days prior to collection and will need to be paid by bank transfer. All of these details can be found on your invoice, you will also be sent a reminder in case this slips your mind.

9.Once your driver arrives ensure that you have two printed copies of your inventory to hand – one for yourself and one for the driver. All goods should be checked on and off the van/s and the inventory should be signed by you and the driver. For part loads you will also need to make sure each box or item is labelled and corresponds to your inventory.

10.Once we’ve received a notification from you or the driver that all your goods have been delivered we will send you a link to rate our driver and our customer services. We offer a £50/€50 refund for all fair reviews left!
